HaitiHQ Return and Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping at HaitiHQ. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll help fix that.
HaitiHQ will accept returns and will process a refund on item shipped directly from HaitiHQ.com within 30 days from the date of receipt in most cases. If you received the wrong item, wrong size, or an item in addition to the item you ordered, contact us within 30 days of receiving the shipment in order to process a return. Some items may have different return policies associated with them.Refunds will be issued within 5-10 business days depending on the method of payment.
HaitiHQ will process exchanges upon request by the customer. The new item will be shipped to the customer and a return shipping label for the other item will be sent to the customer via email. Failure to return the item within 30 days will result in a charge on the customer’s credit card on record.HaitiHQ will process an exchange if the items you purchased is damaged, expired, the wrong item, or the wrong size is shipped. Customer must contact us within 30 days of receiving their product and items have to be returned in their original packaging.

HaitiHQ.com is an Amazon Affiliate. Therefore, many of the items found on this site are shipped either by Amazon or a third party seller on Amazon.com. Third Party Sellers
You may also purchase items on HaitiHQ.com from third-party sellers. Customer may contact the third party seller for returns and refunds within 30 days of purchasing the item. Third party sellers must provide the consumer a return address within the US as well a valid phone number when the product is shipped to the customer. Third party sellers must provide a prepaid return label to customers who wish to return a product. Customer may contact us at www.info@haitiHQ.com if the third-party seller doesn’t provide you with a return label and issue refunds in a timely manner.
Grocery items are not returnable but may be refundable in some cases.
Handmade Products at HaitiHQ
Returns on custom, handmade products that have had different customization options, including any configurations, inscriptions, or designs (such as engravings, stamps, monograms, embroidery, embossing, etching or carving) are as follows:
- You must notify the third-party seller within 14 days of receipt.
- Due to personal configuration, inscription, or design on these products, the third-party seller is not required to accept returns or exchanges unless the products are damaged or defective upon arrival.
- If there is a misspelling or error in the configuration, inscription, or design due to a mistake by the third-party seller, you will be provided a replacement at no charge including handling and shipping.
- All product packaging (such as boxes) and if applicable; certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item. Products without all applicable tags are not acceptable for return.
Hazardous materials, including flammable liquids or gases, are not returnable to HaitiHQ. Buyers must contact the manufacturer directly for service, warranty, return, and refund information.
Jewelry & Watches
- Jewelry and watch items with a value of $50 or more should be returned using a trackable shipping method.
- All product packaging (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item.
- Any items returned without original documentation will be rejected.
- Items that have been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.
